The Ritron Ls Series is a family of high performance, cost-effective, low current drain, single board OEM wireless transceiver modules available in both VHF and UHF frequency bands. Direct modulation with low distortion and low group delay result in a low bit-error-rate (BER), for enhanced system integrity and reliability. As with the already successful Ritron DTX Plus Series, the Ls Series employs Swift Lock Synthesizer™ loading algorithms for fast transmitter and receiver attack times. Also, Controlled Envelope Keying™ is used to reduce adjacent channel "keyclicks", resulting in spectrum friendly operation. For applications requiring low current drain (e.g. solar powered and battery operations), the Ls Series uses RITRON’s Current Drain Miser™ circuitry to reduce current drain to ultra low levels.
